The Muslim Brotherhood. To listen to Gen. Clapper, they are a cross between the Salvation Army and the United Way. Secular, despite the unfortunate decision to include non-secular term 'Muslim' in organizational name. Sure some organizations, such as Hamas have spun off the group, but it must be members that can't tolerate the Brotherhood's decision to 'eschew violence.'
The Buffalo Sabres. I don't know what Gen. Clapper thinks about this secular organization. However, to the fans of the great Sabers, they are far from secular in their adoration. And the Sabres, while not having Penguin Goalie Brent Johnson to lead them, have not eschewed violence in any way. What a Saber has to do with Buffalo, New York, I do not know, unfortunately.
Why the comparison? Color is going on my 37' SDTV and I had to do a double take on Egyptian coverage, wondering why they had the Sabers' logo on the screen. But after watching the man in charge of intelligence in the Obama administration, I half believe the Sabers are a greater threat to US interests than the Muslim Brotherhood. Actually I am very sure Gen Clapper is a greater threat to US interests than both the Sabers and the Muslim Brotherhood.

I wonder about the pitiful testimony of James Clapper. The man was sent out to soften up the public and misdirect our attention away from the Muslim Brotherhood. It was a trial ballon to see if the great unwashed were paying attention. The WH does not view the Muslim Brotherhood as a threat or a group to be treated seriously. Your local "Make My Day" service club. Cheers.
there sure are some really stupid people running things in the u.s.
